What we treat
Whether pain started yesterday or has been limiting you for months, the first step is understanding what you need to move forward.

How we help
Physical therapy should help you understand your body, build useful strength, and return to the things that make life feel like yours.
Your first steps

Tell us what is going on and what days work for you. We’ll help you understand what comes next.
We’ll listen, assess how you move, and connect the findings to the goals that matter to you.
You’ll leave with a clear plan designed to improve movement, capacity, and confidence over time.

Call or text Rise Physical Therapy at (801) 894-6282. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and are accepting new patients.
Utah permits patients to contact a physical therapist directly, but some insurance plans still require a referral or authorization for coverage. Call Rise and we can help you identify what to confirm with your plan.
Your first visit focuses on your symptoms, health history, goals, and the activities that matter to you. Your physical therapist will examine relevant movement, mobility, strength, balance, or function, explain the findings, and discuss clear next steps.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of medications, and any referral, imaging report, surgical instructions, or claim information related to your care. You do not need to repeat imaging simply to bring something with you.
